Scope of the Position

 

The Operation Excellence Regional Leader will report to the Operational Excellence National Leader and will be responsible to implement and execute  the Operational Excellence program at regional level, ensuring field service team deliver our value proposition, ensure quality, calibrate and align the team across the country, proper development and training of our current and new technicians as well as leading the 5 Star rating program for Hospitality and Food Service business mainly.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Implement and maintain the Operational Excellence model in the US to deliver the expected Value proposal, and satisfaction levels to key-accounts and large strategic accounts and regional accounts.
  • Ensure proper tools and training for Technicians to do their Job.
  • Ensure compliance and proper procedures to right-size the time in the account during PMs, Installations and Service calls.
  • Implementation and maintain of IoC (Intellidish and Intellicare) programs in their region, develop champions program in each region.
  • Implementation and maintain field support tools for troubleshooting such as Help-Lightning
  • Articulate with Marketing and R&D the implementation of new solutions, products, ensuring proper communication with the field service team and proper training.
  • Support big rollouts
  • Support installations, Installation of equipment following SOPs, programming machines.
  • Support Trials and help to create new leads business line.
  • Maintain a troubleshooting deck to share experiences
  • Train Customer Service team on the excellence program
  • Manage the 90-day orientation plan for new technicians (contents, assessments, program calendar)
  • Double working with current Technicians.
  • Ensure functionality of training labs (Watertown and New HQ)
  • Maximize the power of the 5-star rating program
  • Responsible also for managing the efficient and effective roll-out of new innovation through familiarization with the same and in support of the local sales, Techs and marketing teams.
  • Support for Quality assurance review visits, keep our systems up to date, recalibration of our systems, ensure alignment with our value proposition and NAM formulas in place in our customers.
  • Has no formal managerial responsibility in the current structure, but provides significant technical guidance to colleagues as well as in sales and marketing subjects

 

Qualifications

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. with a minimum of 10+ years of sales/Service experience in the Institutional market OR Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5+ years sales/Service experience in the Institutional market.
  • Application Expert, trainer, coach background
  • Valid US Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel 75%
